How to put a file with audio in my blog?

If it's just a normal song that you can find on any music websites, just do what I said in this question:

If it's an audio file like sth that you record by yourself, you gotta upload it on some music websites first, then follow the steps above. You have to create an account in that website before you upload a file though.
