How to put a live air radio online?

I willing to put an air radio online and i would like to know how to do it so that it's live and in perfect synchronisation with the air radio.

I mean ...what is being played on air should be simutaneously played online at the same time

You had better be careful. You would get sued by several unions. Thats why its not being done that often now.
