How to put borders and other pics onto a 360 blog?

Question

I would love to know, how to put boarders, and different syles of boarders, like rope type, moving pics, and other graphics, border types etc, onto my Yahoo blog, sorta like a myspace thing, can anyone help with where I can get instructions, and where to get the wallpaper / moving Gif pics / assorted frames and borders?
