There is much more to getting top search engine results than putting meta tags in the the HTML.

The key is article marketing and social bookmarking for the niche keywords you want to rank for. The more links you get from revelant sites the higher you will rank. The domain name helps with this as well.

You also need to do the proper keyword research for your site to be sure that you are using not only the best keywords you can but also that you have a chance of ranking for them.
