How to put little pics under photos on myspace?

ok so my friend has alot of pics and i was looking at them. and under the pick where your suppose to put a caption about the photo she has a picture like a picture she got off of my hot comments you no but i dont know how to put those there could you please help me?

You go to those website where there are like myspace icon codes and you copy the codes and put them where the caption is =]
