How to put music on my lg ux260 phone?

I have ripped my cd to my computer, transferred it to a micro sd card

which i think was sucessful because that will play independently on my computer but when I place the sd card in my phone it says the file is empty and there is no music on the card. Can anyone help. I am not good with computers.

Go to your service providers web site and click the support tab. From there you can see how to get music on your phone. It should show you step by step on how to get music on your phone. If you are still having troubles, call customer care or technical support. Someone can walk you through step by step.
