  1. I take the damper take one string put that in the damper notch and then carefully push the string away from the opposing string and push down the got the other side notched its hard to explain

  2. Take one string . Put that in the damper notch and then carefully push the string away from the opposing string and push down the got the other side. THIS WILL HAPPEN .

  3. You can not place it on the string pattern, so below would be best.

Find the center of the racquet, that would be best if you looked on the inside of the head, there is usually a dot or symbol.

Depending on the size of the dampener, you may have to adjust your strings, but for me, I just put one side of the dampener on the string and try to keep that as still as possible. Then I pull the string next to it out a little bit and, while still holding on to the first side of the dampener, try to pace the other side of the dampener on the string.

Sometimes the dampeners are flexible, so then it would be easier.

    Hope this helps!

  4. Try using a lacky band if all else fails. They are extremely cheap and very easy to put on.

  5. The easiest and most effective spot, in my opinion, would be to place the dampener on the middle of the bottom-most strings. That should let it fit on very easy. Just be patient.
