How to put on a hockey helmet?

i know that this question sounds stupid but i ordered a hockey hemet. but it seems to be missing some part or something. can some one tell me the steps on putting the hemet on beside for the part tat it goes over you head? its it like a snap button? or like a strap of wat? its a ccm hemet

chin strap

then if you have a cage..the two straps on the side

You put the helmet on your head. You buckle the chin strap. that's it, unless you have a cage, in which case you take the straps and snap them to the snaps behind your ears.
