How to put on and wear dance pants?

i was woundering how to put on and wear a pair of dance pants.

They're just like any other pair of pants...only they're made specifically for dancing in.

They should fit snugly and shoudn't be too loose - if they give you "muffin tops" at your hips, they're too tight.

well you put them on just like regular pants but you have to make sure there not way to tight. But,  they are going to have to be tight .
