How to put on ankle braces?

Our school is making it part of our uniform to wear ankle braces for volleyball, but I have no idea how to put them on. Help?

In ur feet.

From the pic, it looks like you just unstrap them, put your foot in, then re-strap. If not, ask a coach or teammate.

just put your foot in it like a shoe and just put it as tight as it feels comfortable to you...

but honestly they look just a little tacky... haha
