How to put pics. from camera to computer

Question

I have a Sony Cyberlink camera and I wanna know how too put pic. from camera to computer. I plugged the USB cord and I installed the cd and restart but when I plug nothing pops up, and I went in the Picture Motion Browser and a calender pops up and I went in my pic. folder and computer folder and I can't find a thing about the camera, and I went to the button that says import media or something but it can't read my camera or something, help!!!

1. click start

2. click on my computer

3. now plug in your camera and you will see an icon that wasnt there before (like removable disk G or something)

4. click on it, and click on the folders untill you see a group of folders

5. click back and copy the folder that has the pictures in

6. right click on your pictures folder and select paste
