Well, try going to pictures and look for the upload button.  Then, choose a picture from My Pictures or where ever you keep your albums of photos, and press upload.

Do you mean in an album or on your MySpace page?

If you have the newest MySpace home page, go to the 'Upload' button underneath where your Default Picture should be and follow the instructions there to upload pictures into an album.

Or if you want pictures on your profile, edit them down to the right size, go to www.tinypic.com or register at www.photobucket.com [I prefer Photobucket] upload the pictures there, and paste the 'HTML Code' into the edit profile bit on the section you want it to appear.
