How to put songs onto ipod using windows media player?

itunes isnt really working for me so i wanted to know how to put songs into windows media player then onto my ipod

please be as detailed as possible

itunes is always a *****. ask a friend if you can use their itunes. that's what i do.

You can't, windows and apple don't get along too well. There might be a few programs on download.com that you can use instead of itunes, but you may have to pay for them.
