How to put two pictures of people into one photo?

i wanna put a pic of me and my friend in the same picture but idk how..can someone tell me how r what website i could go to that would help me put the two pics togetha

there are products you can purchas such photoshop and others, they can be quite expensive. Adobe photo express is not veery good buch costs much less. If you cannot find anything let me know, and i can do it for you.
