How to put video onto a cd?

Question

i downloaded a music video from limewire, and i need to know how to burn it onto a cd so a group can watch the video to learn the dance. i'm wondering what type of cd's i should buy, like regular music ones or do i need special video ones? and also how to easily put it on the cd so we can watch it on a dvd player. i have a dell laptop w/ windows xp. any help is appreciated, thanks!

:D blank rw cd is okay...insert the cd, open the my computer then the cd drive...drag the video and    if you have the program Nero Startsmart..in your desktop go to photo and video then select  Burn DVD-Video Files... but i'm not sure if we can download videos from limewire..
