How to put videos on an 80gb ipod classic?

I just bought this ipod today and i got the videos from limewire and onto my itunes they play fine but theres no sound

  2. yes, You should make sure the format of your videos be compatible with your iPod( MPEG4).

    I think you just need some other program to help you, eg:

    It  can convert most regular video files including AVI, WMV, MOV, RM, RMVB, DAT, FLV, ASF, MPG  and so on  to the compatible format with your iPod : )

  3. They have to be in a specific format... I'm pretty sure it's .mp4.

    You can probably find a converter online, but in my experience they either don't work or the sound won't match up with the video.

    You're probably best off just trying to find them on limewire in .mp4 format, which you usually can.
