How to quit St John Ambulance?

Question

I want to quit St john ambulance, but my officer force me to write a letter which i don't know how to write. I don't want to ask her how to write because I am not good with her-main reason i want to quit . can anyone please tell me how to write it? any st john ambulance officer/members/anyone please??

It is with great regret that I inform St John's Ambulance that as of June 11, 2008 I will no longer be working for the service.

I appreciate the opportunity the company has afforded me, I find, that my life is changing, and wanting to go in a different direction.

I never had a problem quitting. I just said,"I quit" and walked out and never returned. This can come back to haunt you thought
