How to "turn off" online radio?

i was recently listening to cherrytreeradio.com, but when i closed the webpage the songs kept playing o.0 tried multiple times but it just won't go away.

For me, it loaded up as part of winamp (a music program) and it's not part of the website as you might have had a program playing the music instead and you never shut that program down.

I do know that sometimes Windows media player will jam up like this and force a reboot of the computer, but I haven't had as much issues with winamp as long as you have the latest one

IF not, control-alt-delete winamp or what ever program that the .pls link plays in
