If you have something you can sell, try selling on craigslist.

If you live with your parents, see if they can give you a loan, or if they have jobs around the house you can do.

If you have your own place, host a party! It sounds like a weird fundraiser, but it works!! make a "cover charge" of, say, $5. use cheaper beer to save money. sell jello-shots (made with cheap vodka, no one knows) for $1 each. After the party, cash in all your cans. It means having a little money up front to afford things, but you'll come out on top.

I'm not sure that's possible. But you can try pan handling or welfare. An easy job could be newspaper delivery, lawn care or bagging groceries.
