How to raise money?

okay well im almost 13 and iv'e had my cell phone for about a year now, but i would like a new one, my parents wont pay for it and i understand but i need some ways to make about 180-200$ kind of quick, im also using money i get for my birthday but idk how much that will be. ( i cant work, or babysit )

walk dogs, mow lawns, have a yardsale, set up a lemonade stand [depending on where you live], clean a neighbors house [i clean my grams and get like 40$]
