what do you mean rank?

if you mean your manager, you have to win alot of games. it goes up slowly throughout a career.

if you mean players, just edit them or give them more exp points and make you staff members in that position better trainers.

if you mean the team rank, you need better players on the team. even though you have great players you will also need decent to good players on the bench and as reserves. alot of players help on that.

if you mean online, you will have to play alot of matches and win alot of games.
