im doing some resaerch on figure skating and im not haveing any luck.

    try doing laps when you warm up, or go running as an off ice training part. or you could try bigger combinations of jumps, like a double loop, double loop, toe loop, etc. just keep practicing.

    EDITTTT.

    most skaters that are a higher level also do an off ice program along with their on ice training, because it can  strengthen your body.
