If you aren't a trained professional, go to a billiards retail store to have the cloth replaced.  It's very important that it gets done correctly.  M.D.-BCA Instructor/Referee.

Its pretty tough..u gotta remove the rails n all that. I asked my local billiards hall if they knew someone that could remove my old fabric n  put a new one..i wanted a faster table. He gave me a number n was very helpful. Try talking to ur local pool hall.

Do not try this yourself without watching someone else do it first. I thought buying the re-felt kit was enough. I paid a extra $100 to have it re-done after I messed it up the first time. You can contact your local pool hall. They usually have a board where you can get info on who can do this for you. Do not pay over $100 for this service. You will see it takes about 1 hour and kit costs around $50 for a 7' and $60 for a 8' table.
