How to reach Eranakulam from Mudumalai/Masinagudi?

Are there any bus services available ? Are they good enough ?

Is it possible to arrange alternatives for a group of 12 including females in case buses are not there?

There is no direct bus facility. First you reach ooty by

local bus(traveling time 2 hour's and above),from

ooty you catch a bus to mettupalayam  or

coimbatore.

Traveling time ooty to coimbatore is 4 hour's

From coimbatore  you have a lot of bus

facilities( both govt and pvt travels) and trains

are available.

Otherwise you book a travelers van in masinagudi or

in ooty
