There are NO direct trains from Hyderabad to Indore.

However, you have TWO choices :--

Option 1: You can take trains to Bhopal --which is 185 kms

away from Indore and is well connected by buses, taxis and trains.

Hyderabad  Bhopal  Hyd-Nzm Exp.  7021  20:00  16:35  Daily  

Option 2:  Direct bus (Volvo) to Indore from Khurana Travels Paradise Circle Secunderabad.

The departure time is 5:00 PM everyday and it reaches Indore by 9-10 in the morning.

Ahilyanagari express that actually runs between Indore & Trivendrum may be having coaches for Hyderabad, or else from Hyderabad you may come to Kazipeth to catch this train.

There may be direct train by meter gauze but that will take pretty long time as it is slow.
