  1. There are direct trains from Pisa Central Station to Rome Termini station. The regional trains take a little more than 4 hours and cost 16.50 for a second class ticket. An intercity train on the same route has fewer stops and takes a little less than 3.5 hours, but costs 27.50 for a 2nd class ticket. The fastest option by train is to take a regional train to Florence and catch a Eurostar to Rome (about 3 hours; cost 38.40 2nd class).

You can check specific times and schedules at the Italian train website: http://www.trenitalia.com/en/index.html

  2. I think you should go there by train.

Here is the site where you can see all the train useful for you.

On the left of the page it's written "Da dove vuoi partire":you have to write pisa ,while in "Dove vuoi arrivare? "you have to write Roma Termini;then you choise at what time you want to leave and the day(giorno means day, mese means month and anno means year;ore= hours). At ths point you just have to click on INVIA and you'll see all the trains available.if you click on "Dettagli"you can see the prices of the tickets of the train you want.Bye

    P.S.Sorry for my English,I'm Italian :p

  3. Take the train.
