How to reach Varansi from Udupi (ManipalUniversity) ?

from mangalore therez a train i think to Delhi...and u may have to change train from Delhi ...ask in the railway station or enquire thru phone

One change over at a place is necessary. There are 3 routes:

1. Mangaluru - Mumbai - Varanasi

2. Mangaluru - NewDelhi/Delhi/Hazrat Nizamuddin - Varanasi

3. Mangaluru - Chennai (central) - Varanasi

Both at Mumbai and New delhi, there are 2 or 3 stations located in different parts of each city. So change over may be a hassle.

I prefer Chennai. From Mangaluru you can go to Chennai (Madras central) from where you have a direct train to Varanasi.

from udupi you can catch train number 2617 for delhi (hazrat nizammudin station). then you have to go to either delhi or new delhi station from where there are a number of trains for varanasi
