How to reach an official at ebay?

eBay's customer service keeps sending me messages that don't address my question - i can't even get them to look at the specific auction i'm inquiring about. There must be a way to contest an auction and get a real response- ??

Go to Ebay Live Chat.  On the homepage there is a link on the top right hand corner of the screen that you can click on and it will open a new window.  You get to chat with a "real live" representative which is rare with most online stores.  You can ask them your question there and you can get a response ASAP.  Just give them the item number and ask away!  Good luck!
