How to react to father and sis when each blame each other for my sis not visiting me and my 12 yr old daughter

my sis is 38 yrs old, visiting from her home which is 1500 miles away. father paid for airline ticket, wont let sis borrow car?

Your father was nice enough to come up with the plane ticket.  Sounds fair if you were to go and drive her back to your place.  Or you could go to her(your father's place) and meet at a neutral spot say a cafe or restaurant.

If your father wouldn't let her borrow his car he should have drove your sis for a visit. I would be upset with dad. Also could

you have drove and seen her while she was visiting?

He already paid for her ticket. I'm sure he has a very good reason for not letting her use his car. Why don't she rent a car? Why don't you go see her and let her use your car? You are both adults why are you expecting so much out of your dad?

I firmly believe that there are no obstacles when you really want to see someone bad enough.
