I'd question what an 18 year old is doing with a 14 year old. There is obviously something not quite right with him - why can't he find someone his own age? [Not that what he is assumed to be doing is right for him to do with anyone of any age under such circumstances!]

This is one of those times where the cops should be called in and the parents need to be woken up.
