How to read this guitar tab?

I dont understand the blue bold numbers and symbols..

What are they and what do they mean?

Any other advice and tips about chords and tabs?

  1. They are chords, you strum them instead of picking the string. Like maybe if two guitars are being played together. One plays the lead and the other the melody.


  2. the blue numbers and symbols means what chord it is. the number next to it is where to put your fingers the x in between the numbers means that you don't put a finger on that string.

  4. The blue bold numbers are chords. If you are using chords, before you play the song, practice the chords. Play them in order using a basic  down, down-up, up-down-up strum pattern. This will help you be more fluent once you learn the actual song. Also, when you're playing the song, don't use the strum pattern above if you feel it doesn't fit. Make up your own, that's what I do.

  5. they tell you the chords that are being played or where the note is from. They could bake it easier to play or you could just totally ignore them.
