How to reapply for canada visa?

my mother-in-law applied for a working visa to work in canada. her application was denied. is there any certain time needed until she can reapply or she can just reapply anytime? someone told her that she has to wait for two years until she can reapply again. is this true?

I can't find any mention of a 2 year wait, but you should check with the nearest Canadian consulate.   Do read through the denial letter, as it's supposed to include a list of reasons the officer denied the application.   If she hasn't met the requirements and it's something she can do something about, have her take care of that first, otherwise, it might be a waste of money (I'm told it's quite expensive to apply for one of these things).

    Alternately, there's a "contact us" link at the top of the Citizenship and Immigration Canada website, so you try asking through that.   Government departments are usually quite quick at answering emails, so it might be more convenient to do that.  The link's below:
