Frame out the walls.

First, Measure the length of your wall, cut 2 2x4s and nail in your studs every 16"s...Run the electrical or have an electrician come do it. Insulate the wall on the outside of the house and put up your sheet rock. Mud it, sand it, paint it and you are good to go.
