I used to do heavy training, I would jog and go to the gym every day minus tuesday and friday (rest days). I had a well defined 6 pack but I stopped working out for a good month after returning from my holiday's in Denmark and America. I have now lost it completely and I would like to rebuild it quickly as possible. Is there any suggestions on the quickest way to do it without weight loss as I weight 10 stone 3 pounds and I have dropped from 10 stone 8 pounds which is not good as I am only 16 years of age and going down in weight is not what I want.
