I want to send them to poor countries like Russia, Ukraine, Jamaica, Africa, and Others.

  1. Either work with an existing non-profit or set up your own to do this.  Contact shippers to see if they will donate older equipment and space on ships.  Have a centralized receiving area to pack everything and then ship from there.
