  1. Not sure what you are asking here.

Fossil fuels are fuels derived from natural gas, oil and coal.  Recycling means taking a product or material at the end of its useful life and turning it into a usable raw material to make another product.

Natural gas is burned in power plants to generate electricity.  There is no gas left at the end of the process to recycle.  liquified natural gas can be used to power cars and buses.  Similarly, there is no gas left to recycle after burning.

Oil is refined and used to power cars, boats, planes, homes etc. and to generate electricity.  There is no significant amount of oil left after it has been used.  However, used motor oil CAN be recycled.

Oil is also used to create all of the plastics we use, and those plastics can be recycled to make more plastics, or to make other products (like polar fleece for clothing and carpets).

Coal is typically pulverized and burned to generate electricity.  There is coal ash left over.
