It is only going to increase our blood pressure and worst of all, make us look ugly. so, better be calm and composed rather than being angry with anyone. It is not easy, but I am trying to practice it. Follow it, if you want to. And this is also an option. Life always has options. It's we, who choose that. Make a rite one. All the very best.

  19. try to love other, help other's , so these people will kind to you, try to do meditation , yoga, if you pinch other's feeling they will do some thing , then you will get angery , so be kind to all.

  20. i shout so loud under pillows. sometimes i just throw random things. one good thing is that you need to have a room filled with things you can put your stress into. one good item i can suggest is a stressball. It really helps for me.

  26. Anger is the simplest problems of all the problems. Go into your room. act out your anger on a pillow or a punching bag. Let the whole anger be thrown out. Don't keep it inside your body. If you do any controlling methods it will spread into other areas of your life.
