I'm 18 years old and was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to reduce my body fat percentage

  1. Cardio cardio cardio. Followed by smart eating x3. Running, swimming, biking are your best basic cardios, avoid foods high in fat, cholesterol, and calories, and when you do muscle training, work them HARD. This does not mean with very heavy weights, but with weights that are relatively light for you and lifting them until failure, doing this for 4-5 sets.


  2. you want to follow a low calorie low GI diet.  consume small meals/snacks every couple of hours.  this allows the body to better utilize calories and nutrients and keep insulin levels low.  controlling insulin through the diet is the key to reducing body fat.  when you exercise you want to exercise at high levels of intensity, basically you want to exercise like a competitive athlete.  train with a purpose not just to burn calories
