If you're still in puberty, under 21 you still have some growing to do, which may include other facial characteristics which will put your nose more in balance proportionately with the rest of your face.

Otherwise, a nose job is the only way to change it that I know of.

Look at Barbra Streisand's nose.    It's long and disproportionate, and early in her career wasn't very attractive.     However, later in her career, with hair styling, etc., it looked much better.     Somehow it works for her.

We are always self-conscious about our looks, and sometimes to others they aren't unappealing.      Ask your family and friends their opinions about it.
