How to reduce my photo to 100 kbs?

Question

MY PHOTO IS LARGE ABOUT 400KBS. I want to abload my photo on a site but it gives me error cuz it's big and it's not as following characteristics:

"You can submit a GIF, JPG or PNG image file with the following dimensions (width x height):

Min. 40 x 60 pixels

Max. 600 x 900 pixels

Max. file size is 100 KBytes"

WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO?

if you have camera software, check options for resizing for web use, you want to lower size % and possible resolution% to have, and make copy from original with new name,
