How to reduce photo size?

PLEASE READ THIS FIRST

ok so i need to upload pics to bebo but the maximum is 2mb all my pics are 3mb+ so is there anyway i can reduce this?

please help

well first off if u have kodak or something like paint on ur computer then go to size and reduce the size. It will ask on paint the pixals and make it smaller then what it was it took a wile for me to get it but it will work
