  1. Nivea Anti-Shadow Eye Cream

  2. Couple of things may help:

Are you getting too much sleep?

Ice cold water splashed on in the morning helps.

If all else fails, Eyesential is brilliant.

  3. Try & never sleep with your face creased to one side

    Use a good face/eye cream

& gently tap each eye with all 4 fingers all around the eye ( not on the eye lid)

  4. allergy pills

  5. put 2 spoons in the freezer and in the morning hold them againts your eyes for 5 min

  6. its only like that wen u wake up

  7. elderflower eye gel from The Body Shop. keep it in the fridge then dab around your eyes before bed and in the morning.  sometimes if you use a cream around your eyes it can be too rich for the delicate eye area and that can cause puffiness.  there are other eye gels you can use if you can't get hold of this one, but keeping it cool defiantlyy helps

  8. An icy cold towel, cucumbers, used tea bags or almond eye cream. These will tighten the skin around the eyes & reduce the puffiness.

  9. sleep less. try cutting it down to 8 hours..

10 hours is too much sleep and making you more tired to begin with

  10. Ten hours sleep is too much - recent research says that 7 hours is optimum.

I don't know if there's a reason for your sleeping so much; if so, then I do apologise, as I know some medication can do that to people.

I don't know if it will help your puffiness, but it should be healthier for you - spend the extra time doing something relaxing like listening to music so that you're not overdoing it.

  11. put cucumbers on your eyes. then eat them afterwards.

  12. this is going to sound ridiculous but my friend had that and she put preparation h around her eyes and it took it right away.

  13. Sometimes, if you're eyes are bad your eyes get puffy.

  14. The other answers are good, but since getting the

puffiness out the quickest way possible is more

    convenient, I would recommend the following;

cold, cucumber slices! You see people using them

in movies, stereotypically. People may think

the cucumbers have special ingredients in them

that chemically help reduce puffiness, but that isn't

nessecarily true, since cucumbers are 90% water.

If you put something cold on/under your eyes, the

veins immediately react to it, which is why cold

cucumber slices are praised. Leave them on your eyes

for about fifteen minutes, changing them gradually if

they warm up. This doesn't only work for when you wake

up, but for any time of the day when you want the puffiness

to go away, or at least "deflate".

Cold cucumber slices really are a great way to

reduce the puffiness and inflation for your eyes,

in a natural, non-harmful or chemically inhanced way

(you don't want your puffiness cure made in a science

    lab!). Before

you cut the slices, make sure they are fresh

and have been in the fridge for at least overnight.

Make sure to wash the cucumber before and after

it's in the fridge; you don't want any harmful bacteria

    near your eyes.

The slices should be about half or 1/4 of an inch

    thick.

I hope you understand how this works, and how

to do this. I wish you the best of luck!

  15. Apply anything cold to them. Maybe you're getting too much sleep. (I'm just jealous! ;-} )

  16. I was gonna say sleep!

But like ya said you get 10 hours sleep a night anyway um I would suggest each morning you wake up do nothing but splash freezing cold water onto your face :)

  17. get enough rest, drink lots of water, and use ysl touche eclat in your skin tone to reduce the undereye puffiness drastically

  18. You need to drink lots and lots of water!

  19. Put a damp cold flannel across your eyes for a couple of minutes or wash / splash your face with cold water.

  20. Try looking for an eye cream at a drugstore. Also put avacado on your eyes like the do with a face mask -- they use them to reduce puffy eyes.

  21. some very cold cucumbers should help!! Also Ice!!

  22. 1. Heat up 2 tea bags in the microwave (not too long, though! Oh, no!), maybe for like 15 seconds. Place them on your eyes and don't take them off for like 10 minutes.

    2. You're already taking the first step with enough sleep!

    3. An eye cream to reduce puffiness--before you go to bed, if you wake up in the middle of the night put it on then too, and when you wake up.

    4. CONCEALER!

    Hope this helps! <3, Amanda
