How to register in a korean page?

Hello

Could anyone tell me (guide me) how can I download flash games from this colorful Korean site? Its for my Mp3 player, they look and work great on it. I suspect i need to register first. Mine would be for the u 10 option.

Prepare to be disappointed:

1) Go to flashgame.co.kr

2) Below the two spaces on the left where you would obviously enter your user name and password if you had them, click on 회원가입 [register].

3) On the next page you see two boxes full of legal text and a tick box below each to say you agree to them. Below these are two big buttons: yellow for under 14s, blue for over 14s. (If you're 14, I'm not sure.)

4) On the next page, next to 이름 [name] enter your name. Next to 주민등록번호 [ID card number], draw to a dead halt and ponder why 95% of Korean sites require you to enter a Korean national identity card number, sealing off much of the Korean web to non-Koreans.
