u cant regrow it, it can be put back on with surgery. but being cut makes it alot easier to clean, and lessens the chance of infection

You have to stretch the existing shaft skin and it's a slow process and you don't get a real f******n back but you can still get glans coverage. If you can regain the natural sliding motion then jerking would probably be better.

You can't regrow it..you'd have to have a f******n transplant. There are so many babies who are circumcized, I'm sure there's a procedure like that.

I restored/regrew mine, jacking off is much better as you get a gliding sensation that feels so much more natural and gives a bit more sensation, it's hard to describe but notice how the shaft skin slides a little when not erect, notice how effortless it moves, now imagine the skin moving enough for full strokes when erect, the feeling is great
