  1. stretch slowly afterwards.

    DO NOT SIT DOWN RIGHT AWAY!

    this will cramp your legs.

    stretch and drink water.


  2. First: Slowly stretch muscles.

    Second: Drink Water

    Third: Cool Off

    Fourth: Massage Muscles

    Fifth (Optional): I'm a serious runner, at my house I have a whirlpool/jet bathtub; I like to go in there sometimes and turning on everything. It really soothes my muscles, if you have one- try it! If not, there are some local fitness clubs you have saunas, whirlpool, hot tubs too.
