How to relieve stress?

Ok so for the past few month or so I've been through a lot of stress.

-First my mom and step dad are separated and getting a divorce.

-My step dad is being really horrible, don't want to get into to much detail.

-Going through some money problems

-Mom has some eye problems

-My family is mad at my mom and they won't even talk to her even though they have no idea what's going on. Haven't talked since the break up.

-My girlfriend left me, and her best friend (who is my best friend) said to me it's really her not you, she wasn't ready for a relationship. Same old stuff.

-Same friend is mad at me for saying something to another friend which was a total joke, and it's obvious it was. I apologize and she won't talk to me.

-My real dad which I see a few times a month, disagrees with all my views. He is very old fashioned. VERY close minded. I can't talk to him much about anything.

-Schools starting and all these people are going to be asking me about the break-up.

-Schools starting, how can I forget about that.

-Some more

At one point I was so happy and now it all fell apart.

What can I do to relieve stress? I am so stressed all the time.

Would marijuana work?

  1. im in the same mess in a way mostly parents.

    i use music, cigs, and i might get to alcohol.

    give it a  try


  2. well, yes and no about marijuana but i really wouldn't use it if i were you. play a sport and take your stress out on the ball. who cares about the people who will be asking you or who knows if anyone will be asking you. school starting isn't a bad thing either...well i guess it is, but find the fun parts of school.

  3. You need to get out in the sunshine for at least 15 minutes a day. Also exercise for a minimum of 15 minutes a day, it can be just a simple walk. Avoid caffeine, too much sugar or junk food. Try to eat a healthy diet. Get a good night's sleep. Try to volunteer one day a week, even for a few hours, a great venue is your local shelter. The animals need love, playtime, walks. When you help others you feel better about everything. Marijuana and alcohol are depressants, you feel good for a short time but they depress your brain and you end up feeling worse. Don't waste your time and money ( plus pot is illegal and if you're underage so is booze).
