  1. Stick to a routine...establish a balance between study and quality sleep.

    As a short term major..regular 5 minutes breaks after one to one and half hr of study , meditation and deep breaths go a long way in keeping the mind fresh and relaxed...


  2. Drink hot tea the night before the exam and go to bed early this will help a lot of stress.
