How to remove Brace Bite Blocks ?

I Recently Had Brace Bite Blocks inserted (http://www.drmehan.com/braces_and_appliances.htm) and while eating I dislodged one and it is giving me extreme pain. Does anyone know how I can remove it?

link didnt work for me, but i had 2 blocks put in behind my 2 front teeth on the top row to prevent myself from btiing off my bottom row of brackets.

they never ever came loose or fell off. i was always worried about that! even if what you ahve now is different than what i ahd, i wouldnt try to remove it, just go to your ortho and theyll remove it safely for you and will even replace it for you. phone and make an emergency appt
