How to remove a barricade behind a door.?

Question

A bulleting board fell in our office and is laying flat against the door, next to a cabinet as well so that it can not be moved horizontally. How can this barricade be moved without damaging the door or barricade?

Unless you can get in through a window, I'm thinking that you'll have to break the bulletin board by forcing the door open -- with a LOT of force.  I doubt that the door will get damaged much, if at all.  The bullein board would lose that fight, I'm thinking.

If the door swings out-just remove the hinge pins-beyond that try a flat rule under the bottom margin.
