i would report it to myspace. and tell tom thats really the only way to get rid of it and keep it gone

or have 100 people block the person who made it. they will get automatically deleted

File a complaint with MySpace.

There's a support link just for that  - when you try to message tom, you give them the address and then they will remove it.
